Gala~ Backstage!

Yesterday finally the Gala was celebrated!
It was a huge show, starring LES CHORISTES and ORNELLA VANONI as Guest stars!

Piccolo Coro and Les Choristes on the stage (Piccolo Coro in white, Les Choristes in Blue)
Right after the show!
Ornella Vanoni on the screen (we could not set foot on the stage while she was around)

We arrived at the theatre at 5 p.m. for the rehearsal but it took an hour before we could sing our song.
After that we headed to a pizza takeaway, we arranged a table combining three little round tables and had dinner. It was 7 p.m. and we had to be ready at 8.30 p.m. so we were all in a hurry xD.
When we came back to the theatre, we found out they reserved an entire dressing room for us ex. And they also gave us the "Artist" pass for the backstage <3

Our dressing room entrace

The pass *A*

How cool <3 I didn't want to take it off >___<
So, we began with wearing our dresses and putting on make up. I wanted to look astonishing, once in a lifetime, but I'm afraid I only look weird xD

"Say COOL!"
They were all so beautiful >___< (I'm the one sitting in the middle)

Hanging around in the backstage and in the dressing room during the show xD
It was a nice evening :)

Gala~ make up

Less than a week to the gala of my old Singing school.
I'm so excited >.<

They told me to wear a heavy make up ~ LOL so I asked for the gyaru style, and they told me it's perfect! <3

So here are some of the make up tests for the gala:

Just the eye make up (as I'm waiting for a good foundation to arrive so I tought it was useless trying out the blush as it won't be the same after I got the foundation)

I'll style my hair curly, as we all girls came up with this idea!

The gala will be a huge show with lots of song and a popular Italian singer called Ornella Vanoni, I'll sing a part of "Let it be" (The Beatles) with other girls and boys form the school. I hope I'll have a lot of fun <3

Blogging from school~ Imma BAD ASS! Yo!

Hi Everyone!
So F*ucking hungry here!
I just want to go home and cook something like NIKUMAN.
Damn, I was jerking around the internet when I decided to open my GYARU-SA forum... TA-DAAAAM! Delicious food everywhere.
I wrote down some recipes, and I'll definitely cook them once home.

Anyway! Did U see my animation? It's growing up *A* You can take a look on my facebook page (Link up there, on the right)

Love from school, again!

Yeah, I've NOTHING to do. I'm just sitting there, staring at the monitor trying not to fall asleep.

So, while my classmates and my teacher are talking about their life I'm here, isolated, spending my time on the net.

Have to go. I'm gonna listend to some of their stories~
C U SOON <3

Random news post~

Some days ago I got involved in a fight between a bunch of drunk guys and a Moroccan.
I was waiting for my bus to arrive when suddently the drunk guys began with shouting at each other, threaten the other one with a broken bottle (I even got hurt on my feet as a guy broke the glass bottle on a fence, flinging the shattered pieces all around)
Almost healed but JEEEZ! It's as huge as my thumb!

After a little shouting the Moroccan showed. Oh God, I thought someone was going to die. A boy pulled out a knife from his sock and started running like hell after the Moroccan, yelling something about a boy in a coma or something, while the other drunk guys kept fighting, rolling broken bottles without giving a fuck on other people.
Suddently I realized that one of the girls who were trying to stop them was a dear friend of mine. She was crying, and screaming, trying to stop a huge guy from running after the Moroccan. It was a real hell: one of the guys fell over the fragments of the broken bottle, another was covered in blood, police didn't even know where to begin.
Anyway, nobody died or got seriously hurt, so I guess that we can call it an "happy ending".

SCHOOL's almost OVERRRRRR!
At last, I'll pass the third class. Maybe.
Hope so.
Oh God, Please.
Next week's full of tests: History of Photography, Math, Chemistry, Italian, English, Filmography, History...I've a lot of thing to take care of, lot of work to finish. Like the animation.
My intention is to draw a tragic short anime on NOH8 campaign, based on the VOCALOID song "magnet":

I'll never do it.
Tonight I'll go on drawing. hoping I'm fast enough to finish it before the 24th.
MISSION IMPOSSIBLE, fuwah!! (°°)

Lately, a classmate started asking for K-pop boy and girl bands. She loves Big Bang, but I'm more into girl groups. Maybe because they're hotter eheh :3

Well, I've to go. My animation will not animate by itself.
xoxo ~Candy

P.s: After the 14th of May I'll change the name of the blog and my nickname too, let's keep in touch!

Tag Post~ the comeback

I've been tagged by EDDIE!

Rules:
1. Each person must post eleven things about themselves on their blog.
2. Answer the questions the tagger has set for you plus create eleven questions for the people you tag to answer.
3. Choose eleven people and link them in your post.
4. Go to their page and tell them.
5. No tag backs.
6. You legitimately have to tag.

11 Things about me (2°)

1) I've absolutely NO taste in clothes.
2) I hate my body.
3) Want to become a Director (woah)
4) Like to sing. Too ugly to do it.
5) My son's name's not from "Saint seya"
6) I'm not at ease at parties.
7) I'm working on a short film
8) This summer I'm willing to buy a handcam
9) My eyes have a silver circle near the pupil
10) My surname's from Georgia (not US)
11) Don't know what else to write.

What's your favorite music band?
Dunno. I s'pose I've no FAV music band.

Which kind of fabric/material do you like the most in clothing
Airy. I love cotton, and lace, tulle and also satin.

How old do you wish you are?
Don't wish for any particular age. No difference between 18 or 50. It's just an age.

What your eye's color is?
BBBBBBBLUE

What do you wish to do in life?
Whoa, dunno, maybe something like the director... Anyway something that has to do with cinema.
NOT the actress. That's just boring. And I'm absolutely NOT photogenic. Batter to stay behind lenses.

Show me your favorite accessory and explain why it is your favorite.
I...don't really have a FAV accessory.
Whoa, It looks like I've no FAVs at all o___o

Can you explain in three lines what your style is?
My style:
Trying to look more or less like a human. Rather a girl than a boy, but even if I look like a boy, at last I look like a human. I jump from style to style and I cannot find something that suits me. At my age (almost 21) I'm considering Onee style as I may look like a total idiot wearing chocolate~candybears minipuffyskirts with a child on my side.

If you could have a free hair dye, which color would you choose?
Dunno, maybe "dirty blonde" ("Biondo cenere" in italian which is literally "Ash blonde")

Tell me a stupid thing you did when you were younger.
I tried to fly with an umbrella, jumping off a window.

Have you ever been outside your country? If yes, which is your favorite place?
Yes. Once.
I've no FAV place. LOL.

What's your song? I mean, the song that represents you the most.

Definitely this one.

MY QUESTIONS

1)FAV anime?
2) MUST in your closet?
3) VG of your life?
4) Character that represents you the most? (any char.)
5) Wishes for the immediate future?
6) Name you'd like to give to your baby?
7)Prevailing color in your bedroom?
8)Look right. What's the first object you see?
9) Are my questions boring?
10) How much do you hate me for tagging you? >:D
11)Okay, last one. Tell me about your first kiss. Where? When? With who? Did you like it?

This was really hard xD

Far east Film Festival~ just the most epic festival in the world

FAR EAST FILM FESTIVAL headed its 14th edition last week!
I managed to go there after 4 years, I was so excited!!
Schedule was full of beautiful movies that made me laugh and cry and bad movies that made me wanna burn the theater up.

PEACE LOVE PANDA!

Anyway! Friday the 20th the official opening of FeFF14 took place in the early evening, immediately followed by the screening of the Korean comedy "Sunny" directed by Kang Hyung~Chul. It made me cry. Not only 'cuz of its sad story but also because it was so stunning being there, sitting in front of the screen for the first time after FOUR years :')

SUNNY

There was also another screening that night, but I went back home to look after my child.

Saturday I woke up at 10, to get ready for Johnnie To's students' short movies. I personally liked them as they were simple and humble as a 20~years~old director's film must be. Then I moved to the local disco "minnamoro" to help TOKYO DOLORES with their show.
For the ones who don't know them here's the photo:

From left to right: JILL, ALOE and CAY.
They were lovely and funny, I managed to dance in private (yeah, in the FeFF privet) with all of them; we had so much fun!!

I'm the drunk thing in the middle. LOL.
Also, I was starring in the show. I was supposed to play the badass role, but I made some mistakes GOMENASAI >.<

The pathetic girl on the right pole is me. oh yeah.
Obviously I got drunk, but I had so much fun xD

SUNDAY was the cosplay event day. I went there dressed in loli, but as it was raining cats and dogs I spent lot of time in a bar.

MONDAY, I didn't manage to eat at all. And they screened a damn delicious food~based story. I was literally starving on my chair. The guy sitting next to me was constantly staring at me as my stomach was gurgling out loud.

SUKIYAKI~your stomach will love it!

TUESDAY was literally a suicide. Two f*cking hours of a Japanese drama called "The Egoists".
OHMYGOD don't watch this film if you love life! I longed for death from the very beginning. Boring, sloooooow, useless and horrible nothing more to say.
I loved the credit titles.

WEDNESDAY was the day one of the three "audience award" winners was screened. *One Mile Above* aka KORA.
I loved it. Not only for the plot (not exactly rich in elements and brilliant twists) but for the photography. You cannot imagine how many beautiful shots this film contains. Landscapes, details, typical chinese/tibetan customs...it was wonderful.
*The woodsman and the rain* came right after *One mile above* aka KORA, and I liked it really a lot.

The woodsman and the rain

One mile above

THURSDAY, the winner of two of the three provided awards was screened: SILENCED
Dramatic, strong and bare, Silenced is based on a true story.
Sexual abuses, violence and harassment on minors students of a school for deaf children. Really touching.

Let's jump directly to SATURDAY, the last night.
I was both sad and thrilled for the awards, then I saw *Six degrees of separation from Lilia Cuntapay* and I finally started crying.
Not only this wonderful woman never gave up her dream of becoming an actress, but she managed to stay humble and innocent as can be. I really got touched by this mockumentary, go and watch it if you have the chance.

Last, but not least:
Coming back to FeFF made me meet lots of friend I lost along the way. I was so pleased when I saw they were all there, and that nothing changed since the last time we were all together.
I missed them so much, and I hope next year will be as wonderful as this was.

I love them all <3
AF crew, you're the most crazy, lovely, funny, kind bunch of friends I'm proud to claim by my side. Thank you for the years we passed together, sorry for letting you down...THANK YOU for accepting me back after 4 long years. <3

ASIAN FEAST for the win!
